The portrait sitting either takes place on-location at a pop up, or local Marietta studio. Client’s final portrait is chosen for heirloom creation at the end of their portrait sitting. From there, the portrait is put into the fine art post processing phase. Once completed, Jen schedules a portrait reveal for the client. This is the time any small adjustments can be made before the production of the physical heirloom.

Here are some factors to consider when selecting the perfect size for your Jen Leone Heirloom Portrait:
1. Consider the scale of the space:
Larger portraits (24"x36" and above): Ideal for focal points in grand living rooms, entryways, or above fireplaces, creating a statement piece.
Medium portraits (16x20" to 20"x30"): Well-suited for bedrooms, family rooms, or smaller living areas, offering a central piece without overwhelming the space.
Smaller portraits (11x14" and below): Perfect for creating a gallery wall or displaying in areas with limited space, adding a personalized touch.
2. Think about the number of subjects:
For individual portraits, size 16"x20" can be sufficient depending on composition.
For groups, a larger size (24x30" and above) is recommended to ensure everyone is clearly visible and the composition remains balanced.
3. The distance from the viewing position:
Portraits displayed in high-traffic areas with frequent viewing can be larger to create a striking impact even from a distance.
Portraits intended for close viewing, like in a nursery, can be smaller to allow for detailed appreciation.
4. Consider the overall décor:
If your space already features large statement pieces, a medium or smaller portrait might create a better visual balance.
Conversely, if your décor is minimalist, a larger portrait can become a captivating focal point.
Additional Tips:
Visualize the portrait: Imagine the chosen size in your intended location to ensure it fits harmoniously with the surrounding elements.
Trust your instincts: Ultimately, the size that resonates most with you and complements your space is the perfect choice.
